Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the famous soccer players. He has nice-fit body and muscles. His body, however, is not made by only exercise, but also his own diet plan.

BREAKFAST

  • Cheese toast and fried fish

  • A carb stuffed diet

  • Calcium-filled milk and protein shake

  • A glass of fruit juice

 

LUNCH

  • Cheese

  • Brown rice

  • Wheat Toast

  • Green vegetables

  • Olive oil

 

EVENING

  • A glass of lemon juice

  • A glass of fruit juice or a cup of tea/coffee

 

DINNER

  • White rice

  • Food that contains protein: chicken, eggs, turkey, some lean cuts of beef and pork, whey protein powder, beans and other legumes, fat free milk, and fish

  • Chicken Breast

  • One Fish dish that may include fishes like Tuna or Salmon

  • Vegetables

  • Milk

  • Dry fruits

Cristiano needs to eat a lot as he has to move his muscles a lot and develop the edurance as an athlete.
